He has been involved in commercial real estate for over 25 years, including more than ten years with Vanguard Realty. Ken was instrumental in the sale of the long-vacant former Hahne’s department store building in downtown Montclair. He also represented Learning Express, a national chain of upscale toy stores, throughout New Jersey. He is also responsible for leases and sales involving Starbucks, HSBC, Washington Mutual, and a host of other local, regional, and national retailers. Through his work on the Hahne’s project, Ken became conversant with the issues involved in downtown redevelopment, and he continues to specialize in that area.
