Throughout his career he has represented landlords, retailers, investors and developers on nearly 500 transactions. Completing deals with such national concerns as Simon Properties, AIG Baker, T.J. Maxx, Walgreen’s, HSBC, TGI Friday’s, Rare Hospitality, Starbucks, Urban Outfitters and Toll Brothers. With a client list that includes a who’s who list of national retail concerns, he has earned the highest level of respect and credibility in the industry. Neal oversees all retail brokerage activities of Vanguard Realty, Inc. the real estate brokerage division of Vanguard Group.
