Mr. Bing holds a Masters Degree in both Business Economics and Elementary Education. He spent three years as a commercial appraiser and ten years with Cronheim Financial Corp. in Chatham, NJ as an Underwriter, Director and Senior Managing Director of Cronheim International Finance, LLC. Bruce specializes in Investment Properties, primarily shopping centers, multi-family, hotels and land use redevelopments. He selectively represents tenants for specific roll-out strategies. Bruce has excellent financial/banking relationships to assist potential buyers/acquisitions. Bruce has worked as a Tenant Placement Specialist and as an Investment Property Analyst with Jeffrey Realty and Silbert Realty & Management before accepting the position of Senior Director of Investment Properties with the Vanguard Group in 2006.
